# How to Export Your Data
## EdApp was retired on March 31. You have until April 20 to download your data before access is removed.
[EdApp was retired](https://support.edapp.com/edapp-is-retiring-choose-your-next-step?hsLang=en) on March 31, 2026 as we've made all of the features you relied on in EdApp are available in SafetyCulture (SC).
This guide covers everything you need to export before your access ends. Set aside time to work through each section; some exports are manual, so don't leave it to the last minute!
### **What you can export**
| Data type | Description |
| --- | --- |
| [List of users](https://support.edapp.com/export-your-data#export-user-data) | List of users, training history, engagement stats and course progress records |
| [Course completions](https://support.edapp.com/export-your-data#export-ccbu) | A record of course completions, including completion date, score, or partial progress. |
| [Course certificates](https://support.edapp.com/export-your-data#download-certificates) | All awarded certificates, downloadable from your app settings. |
### **Step 1: Export user data**
**Export your user list**
- Log in to EdApp
- Navigate to **Users \> click the 3 dots \> Export users**
### **Step 2: Export course engagement & completion reports**
**Export progress reports**
- Navigate to **Analytics \> Course Completion by User**
- Use the dropdowns to filter by user group, course, or date range
- Click **Export** (CSV or PDF)
- Repeat for any other report types you need (surveys, stars, discussion boards, Rapid Refresh quiz scores, engagement leaderboards)
### **Step 3: Download certificates**
- Navigate to **App settings \> Certificates \> Awarded**
- Click the three dots next to 'View course' \> **Download all certificates**
