If your company has assigned you EdApp training, you may be wondering how to access it. This post covers how to access it using different pathways.
EdApp is a mobile app, and while you can also access your company’s training on desktop, it is best viewed on mobile. To download, visit the App Store and download EdApp: Mobile LMS or Google Play Store and download Ed.
An invite code is a unique code associated with your company’s account. If you have been provided with one, press 'Create an EdApp account', enter your email and then enter the invite code on your mobile device (or click ‘Learn’ under the ‘Log In’ tab on the main website and then follow the same steps.
Fill in any additional registration details required.
Single Sign On (SSO) with business ID
If your company has configured SSO and provided the business ID, press 'Create an EdApp Account' and then 'Single Sign On' on your mobile device (or press ‘Learn’ under the ‘Log In’ tab on the main website and follow the same steps.
Enter the business ID your company has provided.
Enter your login details and follow the steps provided through your company’s portal.
Single Sign on (SSO) without business ID
If your company has configured SSO, but has not provided the business ID, the system has likely been set up to recognise your corporate email. In this case, press ‘Sign In’ on your mobile device (or press ‘Learn’ under the 'Log In' tab on the main website and then ‘Sign In with your Account.’)
Then, enter your login details.
If you have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your login details, simply log in with the credentials provided.
Simple Sign In
If you already know your login details (and are not using SSO), simply press ‘Sign in with your Account’ and enter your credentials. This is also the step you will take to return to the platform if you need to log in again.
