Whitelist EdApp domains

Some network configurations your organization may need to have in place to fully support EdApp functionalities.

Why whitelisting?

To ensure emails are received, we recommend customers white list our domain. This will help prevent any emails or alerts from the platform from landing in a learner's junk inbox.

Additionally, if a VPN or Firewall is set up a list of domains need to be whitelisted otherwise learners and admins will have difficulties with access.

Ad Blockers: Sometimes a user will have issues accessing our platform if they have ad-blockers installed. Particularly if the Tableau windows in Analytics are not appearing.

Domains

For most cases, you'll just need to whitelist *.edapp.com but a list of subdomains can be found below.

We utilize a broad range of domains and URLs to support the EdApp web app, mobile app, and related services. If your organization has firewall or filtering settings in place to block unknown connections, you may need to whitelist the following domains and URLs for EdApp to function at its full capacity.
