Course Completion Percentage

This is where you can see your course completion percentage. This is based on the number of lessons you complete. (E.g, if you completed 9 out of 10 of the lessons in the course, you will have a 90% completion percentage)

Certificate Button

This is the button to download or view the certificate of completion that you have earned after finishing the course.

Briefcase

This is where users can access and download the documents that an administrator uploaded for a course. (Depending on how an Administrator sets up the access for the documents, users may need to complete required lessons first to access these.)

Lessons

This is where your lessons are located. To finish the course, you would need to finish each lesson. (This may also depend on your admin setting all the lessons as mandatory to the completion of the course)

Status Pills

This provides helpful information for learners to better view which lessons need to be completed. There are 3 status pills to assess a learner's progress on a lesson: 'Not Started', 'In Progress', and 'Completed'.

SP1-1

There is also a 'Locked' status pill. This is for lessons that are locked until you have completed a prerequisite lesson. On the right side, it will show the learner which lesson needs to be completed to access the locked lesson.

SP2-1

Approximate Lesson Length

This is the approximate length of how long the lesson takes to complete. (This may not always be accurate and it would also depend on the learner on how long they take to finish the lesson)

This is how the length is computed:

• 30 seconds per slide
• Videos count for the full length of the video (Only uploaded videos, YouTube and Vimeo slides don't count)
• All non-standard lesson types default to 1 minute
• Narrations don't affect the length.

Stars Earned

This refers to the stars earned for each lesson. You can view the available stars to be earned for each lesson beside the approximate lesson length or under the lesson.

SE1

If you have finished the lesson, and got all the stars, it will not show the count of the stars anymore, you will instead get the prompt 'Earned All Stars'.

SE2

Lesson Completion Percentage

This refers to the progress a learner makes in each lesson. It will show 0% if the course has not been started; 'IN PROGRESS' if the lesson is ongoing; and, 100% if the lesson has been completed.

LP1

Reattempt Button

Learners can retake their completed lessons by selecting the Reattempt button. This will reset the lesson progress on the learner's end.

RB1

Quick View button

Users also have the option to review the contents of their completed lessons and freely navigate using the View button.

QV

Good to note: The time spent by users on Quick View will not affect their course/lesson analytics. The time spent will not be tracked and recorded.
