How to Access and Export Your Data

Whether you're consolidating platforms, trialing something new, or simply evaluating your options... we want to ensure you retain full control and have a great experience... even as you're leaving EdApp.

This guide outlines everything you need to know about accessing and exporting your EdApp data, so you can confidently manage the next steps of your learning program, wherever that may take you.

What You Can Export from EdApp

You’ll be able to access and export the following data before closing your account:

Lessons

Download lessons as SCORM files, to be uploaded into another system. Available per lesson. Bulk download unavailable.

Download list of users, training history, engagement stats and course progress records (where applicable) via the Course Completion by User report (CSV).

Step-by-Step: Accessing & Exporting Your Data

Follow the below steps to ensure you’ve captured everything you need.

1. Download User Data & Reports

Export User Data

  • Log in to EdApp

  • Navigate to Users > click the 3 dots > Export users

Export Progress Reports

  • Log in to EdApp

  • Navigate to Analytics > Course Completion by User

  • Use the dropdowns to filter by user group, course, or date range

  • Click Export (choose CSV or PDF)

  • Repeat as needed for different report types (e.g., completions, quiz scores, engagement)

2. Export Lessons

While EdApp content is built to be dynamic and interactive delivered all within the same platform, you can still export key content for reference or re-use elsewhere.

3. Download Certificates

  • Navigate to App settings > Certificates > Awarded
  • Click on the three dots next to 'View course' > Download all certificates
