EdApp has retired. Here's what you need to know.

EdApp was retired on March 31, 2026 as all the training features you relied on in EdApp, are now available in SafetyCulture.

If you're an unmanaged customer, your account is open for data export only. Access will be removed on April 20.

Requests to move your courses to SafetyCulture have now closed.

What is happening to EdApp?

EdApp has been part of the SafetyCulture family since 2020. In 2026, SafetyCulture is consolidating it's apps into one workplace operations platform where you can connect training with other actions like issue reporting, inspections, and more. As such we will be closing EdApp on March 31st.

What’s different about SafetyCulture?

SafetyCulture brings training together with inspections, issue management, and reporting — all in one platform built for frontline teams.

Most of the platform is the same for admins and learners alike, however user management differs slightly with more control over access via seats & permissions. We also have discontinued our prizing and stars features.

What happens if I do nothing?

• Your EdApp account will no longer be supported from March 31.

• Your account is open for data export until April 20.

• On April 20, your access will be removed.

Can I move to another provider instead?

Yes. Export your data before April 20 and take it with you. After that date, your data can't be recovered. Here's how to download everything you need.
