Q: Why do I need to update my App? 

We are constantly updating our platform and features so it is important to keep your app updated in order to take advantage of everything EdApp has to offer.

 

Q: How do I update my App?

You can update your app in the Google Play Store or the App Store. 

 

Q: Should I be connected to the internet when I update my app? 

Yes, connect to the internet via WiFi or cellular data before updating.

 

Q. What devices is EdApp supported on? 

EdApp is available on both iOS and Android devices. This includes: iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, SE, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, 11 Plus; iPad Air 2, iPad Air 3, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, iPad (2017), iPad (2018), iPad (2019). EdApp is supported on Android devices with 500mb of free space, running Android version 7 and above, with a recommended CPU>2.5Ghz, and RAM>2GB for optimal performance.

 

Q. What browser is EdApp supported on? 

EdApp is supported on Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari on desktop. On mobile, it's supported on Safari and Chrome. 

 

Q: What browser should I use the Authoring tool on? 

We recommend Google Chrome for the best authoring experience. 

 

Q. Can multiple users share one log in? 

Each user should be set up with a unique log in so that all analytics are associated with the individual. In some cases, a demo account can be shared amongst users for review purposes only. 

Q. Can I take EdApp lessons on multiple devices simultaneously? 

You should only utilise one device at a time to complete your courseware. Your progress within a lesson will not sync from one device to another unless you have completed the lesson.
