Q: How do I reset my password?
As an Admin user you can reset your password on the Admin login portal here: https://admin.edapp.com/login. Simply click on 'Forgot Your Password' and follow the prompts.
As a learner you can also use the 'Forgot Your Password' button and follow the prompts
OR
You can send a 'magic link' to your email address which will allow you to login in through the link.

-Admin: 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number/special character
-Learner created manually by an admin:8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number/special character
-Learner creating their own password with invite link or code: 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number/special character
-Learners who are changing their own passwords on the app: 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number/special character
Q: I'm not receiving my email to reset my password, what shall I do?
Make sure you check your junk/ spam folder, so you didn't miss the email. If not your team can whitelist the domains edapp.com and mail.edapp.com.
