Q: How do I reset my password?
As an Admin user you can reset your password on the Admin login portal here: https://admin.edapp.com/login. Simply click on 'Forgot Your Password' and follow the prompts.

Q: What are the password requirements on EdApp?
-Admin: 10 characters, one uppercase letter, and one number
-Learner created manually by an admin: 10 characters, one uppercase letter, and one number
-Learner creating their own password with invite code: 10 characters (no capitalisation or number character requirements)
-Learners who are changing their own passwords on the app: 10 characters (no capitalisation or number character requirements)
Q: I'm not receiving my email to reset my password, what shall I do?
Make sure you check your junk/ spam folder so you didn't miss the email. If not your team can whitelist the domains edapp.com and mail.edapp.com. Additionally, the domains that need to be whitelisted for the reset password emails are: mandrillapp.com and optimizely.com.
