# Prizing For A Global Audience
## Offering prizes to a global audience with multiple currencies can be challenging. This article will give you some useful guidance.
This is always a challenging topic as it is really hard to find prizes that can be redeemed from anywhere in the world. We have come up with some ideas to help you out.
**Offer prizes which are not monetary related**
This can be company merch redeemable for collection in office. We've also seen discount codes be used too. Awarding team lunches. Access to exclusive webinars or work related resources. Sessions with a mentor. Maybe free access to a virtual ticketed event could work!
**Provide charity donations**
This can be used as the reward with a selection of different agencies/causes around the world.
**Offer eGift cards in multiple currencies**
Make it clear in the heading so users can select which prize to play for. This is easier done with Star Bids as users can swipe through a carousel and only bid on the prize they can use.
**Use dynamic user groups**
These can be used to point various prizing draws to cohorts with localised prizing. This works better for large audiences and large prize pools.
**Offer blank prizes "to the value of €X"**
Upon winning the user must provide a return email to receive prize stating where they are located, their preferred currency and a prize code. We then deliver the prizes manually from each email at the end of each month.
**Global reward dispensers**
- **Visa -** Virtual Visa prepaid cards is a great alternative to gift cards since it can be used by recipients around the world. As the name suggests, it’s a ‘virtual’ Visa that can be delivered instantly anywhere by email, SMS or within a mobile app. The Visa is issued in major currencies like USD, CAD, GBP and EUR. It is accepted in over 150 countries with automatic currency conversion to the local currency. The recipient can use the Visa for online or over the phone orders.
