      Micro-credentials

      Q. What are Micro-credentials? 

      Micro-credentials are qualifications issued to learners upon completion of a course. 

      Q. Who can access Micro-credentials? 

      Micro-credentials are currently available for individual learners through our Educate All initiative. This feature is not currently available for Enterprise customers. 

      Q. Where can I find Micro-credentials in my account? 

      The course page in the Content Library will display if a micro-credential is available. Once you've completed the course, you'll see the earned credential on the course page and also in the My Progress section of the app. 

      Q. How are Micro-credentials different than Course Completion Certificates? 

      Micro-credentials are for Educate All users, while Course Completion Certificates are available for Enterprise customers.

      Q. Can I share my micro-credentials? 

      Yes. Once you've completed the course, you'll be able to share it through the apps on your phone or via LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook if accessing on desktop. You'll also be able to share a link to the course credential page through the course page or My Progress area.
